About the Role

As a Senior Social Media Expert, you will lead Sindibad's social media presence across all major platforms, driving brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. You will develop creative, data-driven strategies, create culturally relevant content for the Iraqi audience, identify trends before they go mainstream, and turn insights into high-performing campaigns. This role requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to continuously grow our online community and strengthen our brand.

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with Sindibad's business goals.
• Create, write, edit, and review engaging social media content in Iraqi Arabic.
• Identify trends, memes, and cultural moments to create timely and viral content.
• Manage and grow Sindibad's presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Monitor social media performance and optimize campaigns based on insights and analytics.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Plan and manage organic campaigns and influencer collaborations.
• Ensure all content reflects Sindibad's brand identity and tone of voice.
• Stay up to date with platform updates, content trends, and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and company initiatives.
