What you’ll do
- Own the commercial and operational relationship with assigned airlines and inventory providers.
- Hold partners accountable to agreed terms on commissions, settlements, SLAs, and service quality.
- Lead monthly and ad-hoc commercial reviews with clear agendas, actions, and follow-ups.
- Ensure commercial agreements, commissions, and incentives are accurately implemented in internal systems.
- Monitor settlements and payments, identify discrepancies, and actively drive resolution and recovery.
- Coordinate closely with Finance to support timely reconciliation and cash-flow visibility.
- Take full ownership of supplier-side operational issues from identification to closure.
- Analyze root causes, track recurring issues, and work proactively with internal teams and providers to prevent repetition.
- Escalate issues when thresholds or timelines are breached and recommend mitigations when needed.
- Translate provider feedback into clear actions for Operations, Product, and Tech teams, and follow through until resolution.
- Maintain structured documentation of issues, decisions, progress, and learnings.
- Manage daily top-ups and balances with providers, proactively flagging risks to avoid service disruption.
